Guadalajara, Mexico – September 19, 2026 -- Luca Mining Corp. has agreed to acquire the El Barqueño gold-silver-copper property in Jalisco, Mexico from a subsidiary of Agnico Eagle in a deal that could total up to $60 million in cash and shares plus royalty consideration.

Guanajuato – – September 19, 2026 -- The Penetron Group repaired and waterproofed a severely deteriorated below-grade concrete water cistern at Torre Valaria, a 20-floor, 230-foot (70-meter) residential tower that became Guanajuato's tallest building and welcomed its first residents in October 2025.

Houston – September 19, 2026 -- Heeney Capital has signed a mining concession agreement with the Republic of Venezuela and Corporación Venezolana de Minería (CVM) to develop and operate a major gold project in the El Callao Mining District, part of the Guayana Shield gold belt. The agreement was signed at the G20 Energy Abundance Ministerial held in Houston, Texas.

Mexico City – September 18, 2026 -- Ferrovalle, operator of one of Mexico's largest inland rail freight hubs, has selected INFORM's Syncrotess Optimization Plus software to power a Smart Yard automation initiative at its Mexico City terminal, with go-live targeted for June 2027. Ferrovalle's intermodal division handled around 550,000 TEUs in 2025, ranking it among Latin America's largest inland intermodal operations. The contract was signed in early September 2026.
