Trinity Capital Prices $350M in 7.50% Notes Due 2032

Phoenix – September 30, 2026 -- Trinity Capital Inc. (NYSE: TRIN) has priced an underwritten public offering of $350.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 7.50% notes due 2032, the alternative asset manager announced.

Notes carry a 7.50% coupon with semiannual payments starting January 2027.

The unsecured notes will mature on January 15, 2032, with interest payable twice yearly commencing January 15, 2027. Trinity Capital retains the option to redeem the notes in whole or in part at any time at par, plus a make-whole premium if applicable.
