JINAN, China -- September 01, 2026 -- Niutech Technology Group Co., Ltd. has signed a sales contract with an unnamed global energy giant to supply an industrial continuous pyrolysis line for plastic waste, the Jinan-based company said Aug. 30, 2026. The line, with a unit capacity of 10,000 to 50,000 tonnes per year, will upgrade one of the client's large-scale refineries to produce hydrotreated sustainable aviation fuel from plastic-waste pyrolysis oil. Niutech called the deal its first entry into the client's equipment supply chain.

CIP reached financial close on a AUD 1.7 billion facility backed by 10 banks after securing all major approvals and taking a final investment decision. The project was bought from Australian developer Windlab. Construction has now started, with commercial operation targeted for 2030.

TULSA, OKLA. -- ONEOK, Inc. (NYSE: OKE) signed a definitive agreement on Aug. 30, 2026, to acquire Brazos Midstream's Permian Midland Basin natural gas gathering and processing assets for $4.425 billion in cash. Funds and affiliates managed by Apollo (NYSE: APO) will fund the purchase through a $9 billion nonvoting minority equity investment in ONEOK, with $5 billion of that sum earmarked to retire existing ONEOK debt. ONEOK's board approved both transactions unanimously, and the Brazos acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
