Shanghai – September 08, 2026 -- Carestream Healthcare International has launched an upgraded version of its DRX-LC Detector, adding AI-driven noise cancellation and automated exposure control to speed up long-length imaging exams such as spine and long-bone radiography.
New detector cuts retakes with single-exposure imaging
The DRX-LC Detector captures long-bone and spine exams in a single shot, replacing the traditional multi-exposure, image-stitching workflow. Carestream says this reduces patient hold time and minimizes the need for retakes.
