HONG KONG -- September 01, 2026 -- Fosun International reported a 160.3% year-on-year surge in first-half profit attributable to owners of the parent to RMB1.72 billion, the conglomerate said at an interim results presentation held in Hong Kong on Aug. 28. Total revenue for the six-month period reached RMB86.96 billion, with overseas markets contributing RMB49.16 billion, or 56.5% of the total.

Corvex to Boost AI Data Center Capacity 5x on $33M Raise

ARLINGTON, VA. -- September 01, 2026 -- Corvex, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOVE) said it will lift critical IT power capacity fivefold, from roughly 1.5 megawatts to approximately 8 megawatts by year-end 2026, backed by a $33 million private placement led by Goldman Sachs & Co. NameSilo Reports Record Q2 Revenue of $18.8M, Bookings Up 40.7%

BEIJING -- September 01, 2026 -- So-Young International Inc. (Nasdaq: SY) reported total revenue of RMB505.2 million ($74.5 million) for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, up 33.4% from RMB378.7 million a year earlier. The Beijing-based aesthetic treatment platform said revenue from its branded aesthetic centers jumped 129.5% to RMB331.4 million, exceeding the high end of its own guidance. Net loss attributable to the company narrowed to RMB22.7 million from RMB36.0 million in the second quarter of 2025.

ESPOO, Finland -- September 01, 2026 -- S-Transistors, a startup spun out of VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, has raised €2.6 million in pre-seed funding to commercialize a new class of superconducting transistors for controlling large-scale quantum computers. Lifeline Ventures led the round, joined by an angel investor, the company announced on Aug. 31, 2026. The capital will fund prototype development for cryogenic signal control, a dedicated cryogenic laboratory, and a manufacturing pilot line for the company's superconducting integrated circuits.

CIP reached financial close on a AUD 1.7 billion facility backed by 10 banks after securing all major approvals and taking a final investment decision. The project was bought from Australian developer Windlab. Construction has now started, with commercial operation targeted for 2030.

Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE executed the trades on Nasdaq Stockholm on Ericsson's behalf. The purchases form part of a buyback program of up to SEK 15,000,000,000 that Ericsson launched on April 16, 2026, running through March 31, 2027.

TULSA, Okla. -- ONEOK, Inc. (NYSE: OKE) commenced cash tender offers on Aug. 30, 2026, to buy back up to $2 billion in aggregate purchase price of outstanding senior notes across 20 series, the company said. The move forms part of a previously announced plan to repurchase or repay $5 billion of ONEOK's senior debt. The Tulsa-based pipeline operator set an early tender deadline of 5:00 p.m. New York time on Sept. 14, 2026, and a final expiration time of Sept. 29, 2026.
