Chicago – September 30, 2026 -- Bruce Markets LLC, an SEC-registered broker-dealer and operator of Bruce ATSTM, has secured new strategic investment from PEAK6 Investments and Robinhood Markets to extend U.S. equity trading into a continuous weekend session, pending regulatory review.

The move would create the first round-the-clock U.S. equity trading ecosystem for global investors, layering a weekend session onto Bruce ATS's existing overnight window, which currently runs from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM ET.
