Johannesburg – September 25, 2026 -- Sasol Limited confirmed that non-executive director Rhidwaan Gasant has resigned from the Board for personal reasons, effective immediately upon acceptance on 25 September 2026.

Board accepts resignation under JSE disclosure rules

The change was disclosed in compliance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Listings Requirements and paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, which mandate shareholder and noteholder notification of director departures.
