New Orleans – October 05, 2026 -- A 15,000-ton shipment of primary aluminum arrived at the Port of Avondale in New Orleans, marking the first delivery of Venezuelan aluminum to the United States in nearly eight years. New York -- Heeney Capital said on September 18 that a 15,000-ton shipment of primary aluminum has departed Venezuela for the United States, marking the first such delivery between the two countries in eight years.

Houston – September 19, 2026 -- Heeney Capital has signed a mining concession agreement with the Republic of Venezuela and Corporación Venezolana de Minería (CVM) to develop and operate a major gold project in the El Callao Mining District, part of the Guayana Shield gold belt. The agreement was signed at the G20 Energy Abundance Ministerial held in Houston, Texas.
