Seoul – September 16, 2026 -- A phase III trial of tambotatug pelitecan (Tam-Peli, YL201), an anti-B7-H3 antibody-drug conjugate, cut the risk of death by 54% compared with standard-of-care topotecan in patients with relapsed small-cell lung cancer (SCLC), according to data presented at the IASLC 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer.
