Costa Mesa, Calif. – October 01, 2026 -- Perspire Sauna Studio has launched a free Fall Ritual Challenge running October 1 through October 31, 2026, inviting guests and members to complete eight sauna sessions for a chance to win a curated Sauna Essentials Kit.

Participants can join through the Perspire 2.0 App, the studio microsite, or in person at a studio with staff help. The challenge is open to all Perspire guests and members, and sessions can be completed at any participating Perspire location. Members who finish eight sessions and share their journey can submit their story through the Fall Ritual Challenge submission form for a chance to win the kit, with winners randomly selected and contacted by a Perspire representative in November.

A new shareable tracker lets members post progress with #fallritualchallenge

New this season, participants can download a social tracker to log sessions and share milestones on social media, tagging @perspiresaunastudio and using #fallritualchallenge. The tracker is available on the Fall Ritual Challenge landing page or via the brand's Instagram account.

Lee Braun says the challenge builds on a growing pattern of member follow-through

Earlier 2026 challenges drew more than 7,000 combined participants

The Fall Ritual Challenge follows two prior seasonal campaigns in 2026. The Spring Reset Challenge had a 35% completion rate, while the Summer Ritual Challenge reached a 38% finisher rate, the highest of the year so far. Braun said consistency across seasons is how the benefits of infrared and red light therapy build on each other.
