Las Vegas – October 01, 2026 -- America First Credit Union has launched a new Vegas Golden Knights-branded Visa debit card, giving members perks tied to the NHL team's 10th anniversary season. The card debuted alongside the Golden Knights' season opener against the Chicago Blackhawks on Sept. 29 at T-Mobile Arena.

The card is free with a checking account

America First members with a new or existing checking account can order the card at no cost. It features a transparent 'ice' core, a gloss-coated VGK logo, and gold Visa accents, with account details printed on the back to keep the team branding front and center.

Cardholders get discounts and game-day perks

Benefits include 10% off purchases at official Golden Knights Team Stores, discounts to select games, open skate sessions at City National Arena, and access to special VGK fan experiences.

The partnership dates back to the team's first season

America First has backed the Golden Knights since their 2017 inaugural season. Since then, the team has won the 2022-23 Stanley Cup, and the credit union's involvement has grown to include the America First Center, the Henderson Silver Knights' practice facility, plus sponsorship of the Vegas Jr. Golden Knights and Henderson Jr. Silver Knights youth programs.

Thayne Schafer, President and CEO of America First Credit Union, said the card lets fans show team support while gaining membership benefits. Bryan Harper, the Golden Knights' Chief Marketing Officer, said the co-branded card reflects the two organizations' shared commitment to fans in the Vegas valley.
