QA FAIL (need review): TARGET's opening sentence states Vylor Inc. and Twilio Inc. were both inserted into the S&P 500 effective October 6, 2026, but the SOURCE explicitly says Vylor was added to the S&P 500 on October 1. This is a factual date error.
