Gucci Heir Opens Second AGCF Boutique at St. Regis Longboat Key

Longboat Key, Fla. – October 01, 2026 -- AGCF, the luxury accessories house founded by Alexandra Gucci Zarini, has opened its second boutique inside the lobby of The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort on Florida's Gulf Coast. The opening marks the brand's first East Coast location, following its flagship at 479 N. Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills.

A family legacy returns to St. Regis after 65 years

In 1960, Aldo Gucci opened a store for the family business at The St. Regis New York, with a boutique on the hotel's 55th Street side next to the family's Fifth Avenue location. His granddaughter, Alexandra Gucci Zarini, now brings AGCF back under the St. Regis name, this time on Florida's Gulf Coast.

"My grandfather understood that the world's great hotels are where luxury lives," said Alexandra Gucci Zarini, Founder of AGCF. "For me, returning to St. Regis is not nostalgia. It is a continuation, with a new purpose at its heart: the protection of children."

The boutique sells handbags, scarves and jewelry tied to child-protection giving

AGCF is structured as a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation. Most pieces carry the house's signature Unità hardware, meaning "in unity for children," and a portion of proceeds from AGCF collections supports the house's charity partners focused on child protection and well-being.

The Longboat Key boutique, set in an intimate salon within the resort lobby, will offer AGCF's full range of handbags, small leather goods made in family-owned workshops, silk scarves, jewelry and eyewear.

A new partnership funds Childhood USA through a green-colored collection

The opening coincides with AGCF's newly announced partnership with the World Childhood Foundation, founded by Queen Silvia of Sweden. Through the house's Color of Hope collection, 20 percent of proceeds from all products in AGCF's signature green color will support Childhood USA, the foundation's American chapter.

Josef Zarini, Chief Executive Officer of AGCF, said the Longboat Key resort was chosen as the home for the second boutique because it shares the brand's belief that luxury should be defined by meaning, service and legacy.

Winfred van Workum, General Manager of The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort, said the boutique offers guests an exclusive shopping experience and celebrates the long-standing relationship between the Gucci family and St. Regis.

The AGCF Boutique at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort opened on Thursday, October 1, 2026.
