Carlsbad – September 30, 2026 -- Qualia Life Sciences launched Qualia Perimenopause on September 29, a hormone-free supplement taken once daily that the company says cuts overall perimenopause symptom burden by about 62% after 28 days.

The formula combines seven natural bioactives in one capsule

Qualia Perimenopause contains seven non-GMO ingredients, including three branded components that have been clinically studied on their own. The product is also soy-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, and does not require refrigeration.

A 28-day study compared three candidate formulas head-to-head

In an in-home trial, Qualia's formula was tested against two other perimenopause products over 28 days. By the end of the study period, participants using Qualia Perimenopause reported roughly a 62% reduction in overall symptom burden compared to their baseline, outperforming the two comparison formulas.

The study was not placebo-controlled and involved a small number of participants, according to the company, which says larger controlled trials are needed to confirm the results. Statements about the product have not been evaluated by the FDA, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The product targets symptoms that typically require multiple separate supplements

Perimenopause symptoms commonly include hot flashes, sleep disruption, irritable mood, and hormonal shifts. Sara Adães, PhD, a Senior Research Scientist at Qualia Life Sciences, said the goal was to help women "feel steady and grounded" during this stage of life.

Qualia CEO James Schmachtenberger described the product as a single-capsule alternative to the mix of separate supplements women have historically used for perimenopause relief.
