Denver – September 29, 2026 -- The Beef. It's What's For Dinner. brand has launched a new video series called One Ingredient, Endless Cultures, tracing how beef shapes iconic dishes worldwide, from birria to bolognese to bulgogi.
The series organizes recipes into three global categories
The videos group dishes under Beef Sandwiches, Beef & Noodles, and Beef Pastries & Dumplings, each anchored by a standout recipe tied to a specific culinary tradition.
Featured dishes include Beef French Dip with Au Jus, an American classic pairing tender beef and toasted bread with au jus for dipping. A Bavarian Beef Schnitzel with Warm Tangy Slaw draws on Germany's schnitzel-and-spaetzle tradition, while Asian-Style Beef Sausage Pot Stickers echo Japan's gyoza, pan-seared with a crisp bottom and tender beef filling inside.
The campaign is funded by beef farmers and ranchers
The Beef. It's What's For Dinner. brand behind the series operates under the Beef Checkoff Program, established in the 1985 Farm Bill, which assesses $1 per head on cattle sales domestically and on imported beef and beef products. States retain up to 50 cents per dollar collected, forwarding the rest to the Cattlemen's Beef Promotion and Research Board, which runs the national program under USDA oversight.
Additional recipes from the series are available on the BeefItsWhatsForDinner.com website, with videos also posted to the brand's Facebook and Instagram pages.
