QA FAIL (need review): TARGET contains an inaccurate material claim: it states C$4.80 is 'more than double the current warrant strike price' of C$2.50, but C$4.80 is 1.92x the strike price, not more than double. It also characterizes the acceleration threshold as 'if shares triple in value,' while C$4.80 is only about 2.57x the C$1.87 issue price.
