PITTSBURGH, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- "I wanted to create an automated apparatus that could reduce the work of three persons down to one person for jobsite efficiency in application of the screed concrete process," said an inventor, from Westford, N.Y., "so I invented the NON- VIBRATING- SELF PROPELLED SIDEWALK SCREED MACHINE. My design would also contribute to concrete surfacing consistency by reducing hand methods."

The patent-pending invention provides an automated screeding-concrete machine. In doing so, it can be operated by one person. As a result, it reduces labor and the need for assistance. It also allows for consistent application. The invention features an automated design that is easy to use so it is ideal for building construction contractors, concrete workers, installation crew members, etc. Additionally, it works well with difficult mix designs (PEM) and NYS sidewalk mix design.

The original design was submitted to the National sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
