Century Communities Opens Italian-Themed Mirabella Near Houston

Brookshire, Texas – September 16, 2026 -- Century Communities will host a Grand Opening celebration at Mirabella, its newest West Houston community, on Saturday, September 12, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 1454 Catalina Drive. The tailgate-themed event includes tours of two fully furnished model homes, along with burgers, yard games and face painting.

New homes at the Italian-inspired community are now selling from the low $200s across two floor plan collections.

Mirabella joins a growing cluster of West Houston communities

The 318-acre development sits across the street from Century Communities' Sunterra Lakes and down the road from Laurel Farms, Katy Reserve, Fulshear Junction and Fulshear Lakes. Division President Tanya Rizzo said the company wants to give homebuyers a convenient location near Katy paired with Italian-themed waterways and planned community amenities.

Eighteen floor plans span two collections

The Lonestar Collection offers eight single-family plans from 1,388 to 2,439 square feet, priced from the low $200s. The Liberty Collection adds 10 plans from 1,446 to 2,657 square feet, priced from the mid $200s. Homes range from 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2 to 3 bathrooms, with included features such as quartz countertops, LG stainless-steel appliances, Kohler water fixtures and the Century Home Connect smart home package.

The community plans 1,192 homesites and multiple amenity areas

Mirabella's design carries an Italian theme through lakes, waterways and walking trails. Two amenity sites are planned: a recreation center with a pool and playground, and a second site with a pickleball court and dog park, alongside a fishing area, parks and open green space.

Location puts residents 37 miles from Houston

Mirabella sits near the I-10 corridor, within reach of Katy-area shopping and dining. The community is zoned to Royal ISD, which includes Royal Elementary, Royal Junior High and Royal High School, with a new comprehensive high school campus planned nearby.
