Icentia Names Sanjay Voleti CEO, Targets US Market Growth

Quebec City – September 15, 2026 -- Icentia has appointed Sanjay Voleti as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding co-founder Pierre Paquet, with a mandate to expand the cardiac diagnostics company's commercial footprint in the United States.

Voleti brings two decades of digital health and AI leadership to the role

Voleti has more than 20 years of global leadership experience across digital health, artificial intelligence, semiconductors and consumer technology. He most recently co-founded and served as CEO of Adventyx, an enterprise AI platform for generative search engine optimization. Before that, he spent nearly six years as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Business Officer at AliveCor, overseeing corporate strategy, business partnerships and global market expansion for AI-powered ECG technology. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Amazon and Texas Instruments, running international organizations and leading large-scale global product launches.

Paquet leaves after building Icentia into a four-country operation

Paquet co-founded Icentia and grew it from a Canadian health-tech startup into an international organization with offices in Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland and the United States. Under his leadership, the company established CardioSTAT® as a leading platform for continuous ambulatory ECG monitoring.

New CEO to prioritize enterprise customers and US scaling

Under Voleti, Icentia will continue investing in ambulatory ECG monitoring, with emphasis on deploying new technologies, securing enterprise healthcare customers, and expanding global operations. The company aims to make its end-to-end diagnostic solutions more accessible to health systems, hospital networks and cardiology practices worldwide, with the US market identified as the primary growth target.

Voleti said the opportunity lies in bringing Icentia's diagnostic solutions to more healthcare facilities and changing how cardiac monitoring is delivered at scale.
