TCL Sweeps IFA 2026 With Over 30 Awards for TVs, AI Glasses and Smart Home Tech

Berlin – September 12, 2026 -- TCL took home more than 30 awards at IFA 2026 in Berlin, including seven IFA Innovation Award Honoree titles and five Global Product Technology Innovation Awards, alongside recognitions from Android Authority, TechRadar, Tom's Guide and What Hi-Fi?.

The X11L SQD-Mini LED TV leads the pack with two major wins.

The TCL X11L SQD-Mini LED television earned the Android Authority IFA Breakthrough 2026 Award and the Tom's Guide Best in Show Award, both citing its next-generation SQD-Mini LED display technology. The TCL C8L SQD-Mini LED TV separately picked up an IFA Innovation Award Honoree for its advanced screen tech and design.

Gaming monitors and smartphones also scored honors.

TCL's X3 Series OLED+ gaming monitor received an IFA Innovation Award Honoree for its ultra-high contrast, refresh rate and design. On the phone side, the slim TCL P80 series won Android Authority's Best of IFA 2026 Award, while the flagship P80 Ultra earned its own IFA Innovation Award Honoree for its camera system, display and design.

RayNeo smart glasses grabbed dual recognitions.

The RayNeo iO smart glasses, built around an integrated AI assistant, received an IFA Innovation Award Honoree. The RayNeo GT Max AR glasses took both an IFA Innovation Award Honoree and a Global Product Technology Innovation Award for what TCL calls the world's first Dolby Vision-certified augmented reality experience.

AI-driven home appliances rounded out the wins.

The TCL Solar Series air conditioner, TwinMag Prime Fresh Series refrigerator and the heyAiMe home robot assistant each received a Global Product Technology Innovation Award. The TCL 5G AI CPE X5 router earned an IFA Innovation Award Honoree for what the company describes as its most comprehensive agentic AI functions to date.

TCL and TÜV Rheinland published new display industry standards.

The two companies jointly released a white paper on SQD-Mini LED displays, introducing a framework for evaluating screen performance under real-world viewing conditions. TCL also became the first company to receive the SGS Natural Light Visual Comfort Certification, a standard developed in collaboration with SGS.
