Berlin – September 11, 2026 -- MERACH debuted its UltraWalk W60 Plus walking treadmill on the first day of IFA Berlin 2026, marking the product's European premiere. The device targets people who want to stay active during long hours of desk work or home-office setups. Buyers who order during the launch window get an €80 discount off the suggested retail price.
Pre-orders run through September 20 at an Early Bird price
The UltraWalk W60 Plus is available for pre-order in Europe until September 20, 2026, at €379.99, down from its manufacturer's suggested retail price of €459.99.
A brushless motor is built to last up to 15,000 hours
The treadmill runs on a brushless motor rated at up to 3.5 HP, fitted with an integrated Hall-effect sensor for precise speed control even at slower walking paces. MERACH says the motor is designed for a lifespan of up to 15,000 hours. A convection cooling system with two ventilation openings helps dissipate heat during extended use, with the unit designed for continuous operation of up to three hours.
The deck stays quiet at 53 decibels
MERACH built the W60 Plus for noise-sensitive environments like home offices, citing operation at 53 dB. The machine also features electronic incline adjustment and a built-in entertainment system, alongside a compact frame meant to fit into modern living spaces.
42mm XL rollers support users up to 150 kg
The drive system uses 42mm XL rollers designed to reduce startup load and smooth out operation. The UltraWalk W60 Plus supports a maximum user weight of 150 kg.
"With the UltraWalk W60 Plus, we wanted to create a treadmill that fits naturally into daily life, rather than forcing users to set aside dedicated time for exercise," said Mr. Xue, co-founder of MERACH. He added that walking while working or during short breaks offers a simple way to add more physical activity to the day, and that durability, quiet operation, and thoughtful design were priorities in the build.
