Berlin – September 10, 2026 -- Fitnexa unveiled DUVA ONE, a pair of sleep-tracking earbuds that adjust sound and noise cancellation throughout the night, at IFA Berlin 2026. The earbuds go on sale in October 2026 for $349.99, with availability planned for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia.
Most sleep trackers only report what happened after a user wakes up. DUVA ONE is built to respond while someone is still asleep, using a charging case that doubles as an environmental sensor.
The case tracks noise, light, temperature and humidity in the bedroom
Photoplethysmography (PPG) sensors and motion sensors inside the earbuds estimate sleep stages and track heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep position and body movement. An AI agent combines that data with playback history and user preferences to decide how the earbuds should respond in real time.
The earbuds can switch from a podcast to sleep sounds automatically
A user can fall asleep listening to a podcast over Bluetooth, and once asleep, DUVA ONE can switch to stored sleep sounds to save battery. If a partner starts snoring or street noise increases, the system can adjust active noise cancellation (ANC) or activate masking sounds. In the morning, an offline alarm wakes only the wearer, without requiring an active phone connection.
Noise reduction reaches up to 42 decibels
DUVA ONE combines passive isolation, hybrid ANC and sleep sounds for up to 42 dB of noise reduction, plus a transparency mode and adaptive ANC calibration. Each earbud weighs about 3.3 grams and measures roughly 9.9 mm thick, with two tip shapes and multiple stabilizer sizes offering more than 40 fit combinations for side sleepers.
Battery lasts up to 16 hours in low-power mode
Playback reaches 13 hours with ANC off and 9.5 hours with ANC on, using locally stored audio. The USB-C charging case, which also supports wireless charging, can recharge the earbuds up to five additional times. The offline alarm increases in volume gradually and offers 5-, 10- or 15-minute snooze options via on-earbud controls.
The system does not record conversations or ambient audio
DUVA ONE does not capture conversations, store ambient sound or transmit raw audio recordings from the environment. Users can disable individual sensors and delete stored historical data through the DUVA app, which also manages sleep sounds, playback timing and ANC behavior.
"Sleep doesn't happen under constant conditions, so sleep technology should adapt dynamically too," said Diego, founder of Fitnexa.
