Reliable Sprinkler, ASC Merge to Form Reliable Safety & Flow Corp

Oak Brook, Illinois – September 10, 2026 -- Reliable Automatic Sprinkler, founded in 1920, and ASC Engineered Solutions, tracing its Anvil heritage to 1850, have combined into Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation (RSFC), creating a single supplier spanning fire protection, flow control and pipe joining systems for the built environment.

New entity unites 175 years of manufacturing history under one brand

The unification, completed in August 2026, merges Reliable's century of fire-sprinkler expertise with ASC's legacy in flow management and pipe joining. RSFC operates more than 50 sites across North America and nine international facilities, positioning it to serve engineers, contractors, distributors and building owners with a portfolio covering fire sprinklers, devices, flexible connections, pipe joining, valves, fittings, and structural support solutions.

Combined portfolio targets data centers, healthcare and water infrastructure demand

RSFC said the merger addresses rising complexity in construction projects by consolidating specification and delivery under one accountable partner, cutting handoffs between suppliers for water infrastructure, seismic solutions, natural gas delivery and digital performance tools. The company is targeting growth across digital infrastructure and data centers, advanced manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, energy and power systems, and water/wastewater markets.

CEO Hild frames merger as response to tighter project schedules

"The built world is changing quickly. Projects are more complex, schedules are tighter, and the built world needs partners who can solve more than one piece of the system," said G. Jason Hild, Chief Executive Officer of Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation.

Existing contracts and websites continue unchanged during transition

RSFC confirmed that existing contracts with both legacy companies remain in effect under their original terms, with no interruption to products, specifications, technical support or sales relationships. No customer action is required, and both reliablesprinkler.com and asc-es.com will stay operational throughout the transition period.
