French Enduro Champion Bellino Returns to Off-Road Racing with Segway ATV

Paris – September 10, 2026 -- French enduro champion Mathias Bellino has partnered with Segway Powersports, which has equipped him with its Super Villain SX20T side-by-side vehicle for a new chapter in off-road exploration.

Bellino built a decorated career before a 2018 spinal injury ended his racing days

Bellino won the Enduro Junior World Championship in 2012 and the Enduro E3 World Championship in 2015. He was also part of the French team that claimed the ISDE Junior World Trophy from 2011 to 2013, having started riding motorcycles at age four before moving into motocross and top-level enduro competition.

In August 2018, while preparing for the Dakar Rally, Bellino suffered a serious spinal injury during his first stage race, the Desafío Ruta 40. The accident ended his professional racing career but not his connection to motorsport -- he later returned to the EnduroGP paddock as team manager for Honda ORC.

The Super Villain SX20T gives Bellino a new way to stay in the terrain he loves

The side-by-side vehicle focuses on the elements that originally drew Bellino to the sport: time outdoors, exploring landscapes, and sharing experiences with others. Segway Powersports backs the collaboration under its "Fear No Place" campaign, framing Bellino's new role as a continuation of his off-road story rather than a return to competitive racing.
