Midea's New Built-In Oven Hits 350°C for Pizzeria-Style Pizza at Home

Berlin – September 10, 2026 -- Midea has launched the SpaceMaster Series built-in oven, a home appliance engineered to reach 350°C, a temperature typically reserved for professional pizzerias and far beyond the 250°C ceiling of most conventional ovens.

The oven hits temperatures usually found only in commercial pizza kitchens

Standard home ovens max out around 250°C, enough for a casserole but not for the crisp crust and airy texture that define authentic pizza. Professional pizzerias typically bake at 350°C or higher, a threshold previously unreachable without a backyard brick oven or a delivery order.

A built-in Pizzaz stone mimics a traditional brick oven's baking surface

The SpaceMaster Series pairs its high heat with an integrated Pizzaz stone that absorbs and radiates heat directly into the dough, replicating the effect of a brick oven floor. Midea says this combination takes pizza from raw dough to pizzeria-quality in under three minutes.

A redesigned airflow system delivers four times the speed of conventional ovens

A closed impeller fan pushes air at four times the speed of standard ovens, while vents angled at 28 degrees distribute heat 30% more evenly. Midea states this results in consistent color and texture from the edge of the pizza to its center.

Preheating drops to 0.2 seconds with Graphene Turbo Airflow technology

The oven's instant-heat system, branded Graphene Turbo Airflow, reduces preheating time to 0.2 seconds, according to Midea, effectively removing the wait typically associated with heating an oven to high temperatures.

The 81-liter interior supports four-level cooking for larger meals

Beyond pizza, the SpaceMaster Series offers 81 liters of capacity with four-level cooking support, allowing users to prepare weekday dinners, weekend bakes, or holiday meals in a single cycle. The glass door is designed to integrate with kitchen cabinetry, and a silent-close system aims to keep operation quiet.
