ICOGT appoints Igor V. Soglayevas as CEO to lead expansion strategy
Igor V. Soglayevas, an international executive with experience in global business and strategic development, now leads the renewed strategy execution alongside the Board of Directors and the Group's senior leadership team.
Group prioritizes Latin America and Africa for energy and chemicals trade
The expansion focuses primarily on Brazil, North Africa and West Africa, positioning ICOGT across energy, fertilizers, specialty chemicals and gas infrastructure markets.
Four verticals anchor ICOGT's international trading platform
The Energy & Fuels division covers international supply and trading of crude oil, LNG, diesel, biodiesel, gasoline and fuel oil, alongside marine bunkering and storage terminal operations. The Fertilizers & Petrochemicals unit handles trading, supply-chain development and storage with selected value-added operations. The Specialty & Industrial Chemicals vertical supports coatings, construction chemicals and industrial manufacturing, with particular focus on Brazil's infrastructure and industrial growth. The fourth vertical, Strategic Infrastructure & Integrated Natural Gas Downstream Assets, targets development and investment in natural gas distribution, LNG trading and infrastructure, and pipelines.
