Luxshare Precision Revenue Jumps 40.2% To RMB 174.5 Billion In H1

SHERIDAN, WYOMING -- August 27, 2026 -- Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. reported revenue of RMB 174.5 billion for the six months ended June 30, 2026, up 40.2% from the prior-year period. The Dongguan-based manufacturer, listed on the Shenzhen and Hong Kong exchanges as SZSE: 002475 and HKEX: 02475, released unaudited results on Aug. 27, 2026. Net profit attributable to shareholders rose 18.0% to RMB 7.84 billion, while profit excluding non-recurring items climbed 6.5% to RMB 5.96 billion. Gross margin expanded 17 basis points to 11.78%.

Automotive Electronics Revenue Jumps 274.1% On Leoni Integration
Automotive Electronics revenue reached RMB 32.39 billion in the first half, up 274.1% year over year, driven by organic growth, expanded customer programs and the contribution from Leoni. High-speed connectors and rear-wheel steering products entered mass production during the period. Smart cockpit and advanced driver-assistance platforms progressed across multiple vehicle programs, the company reported.

That segment outpaced every other business line Luxshare disclosed.

Communications And Data Center Sales Climb 49.7%
Communications and Data Center revenue rose 49.7% to RMB 16.61 billion, tied to an integrated AI infrastructure portfolio spanning high-speed copper and optical interconnects, thermal management and power management. The company confirmed volume production of 800G optical products and batch shipments of 1.6T DAC, ACC and AEC products. It also cited ongoing customer submissions for liquid cooling solutions and large-scale production of DC-DC server power modules, alongside continued work on 224G and 448G copper technologies.

Consumer Electronics Still Anchors Revenue At RMB 122.48 Billion
Consumer Electronics revenue grew 19.3% to RMB 122.48 billion as the company deepened relationships with key customers and expanded ODM and full-product-development capabilities. Luxshare cited AI-enabled computers, smart wearables, AI glasses and smart acoustic products as priority areas.

R&D Spending Rises 43.1% To RMB 6.57 Billion
R&D investment increased 43.1% to RMB 6.57 billion, driven mainly by higher spending on engineering talent, tooling, materials and certification. More than half of that R&D spending went toward technology readiness for programs nearing commercialization. Capital expenditure reached RMB 10.27 billion, up RMB 742 million year over year, directed largely at overseas facility expansion and new product lines. Inventory stood at RMB 50.37 billion as of June 30, 2026, up 19.0% from the end of 2025, a rate below the company's 40.2% revenue growth.

The cash-flow picture flipped fast between quarters.

Operating cash flow showed an outflow of RMB 2.45 billion for the first half, tied mainly to seasonal supplier payments and more than RMB 5 billion allocated to strategic inventory preparation. Operating cash flow turned positive in the second quarter, reaching RMB 4.62 billion, the company reported.

Currency Swings Cost RMB 1.99 Billion, Hedges Recovered RMB 1.30 Billion
Exchange-rate volatility generated losses of approximately RMB 1.99 billion on foreign-currency-denominated monetary assets and liabilities. Currency-risk management activities produced related gains of approximately RMB 1.30 billion. Under applicable accounting treatment, those gains were recorded as non-recurring items, while the corresponding losses remained within both disclosed net profit measures.

Luxshare Runs 100-Plus Plants Across 29 Countries
Luxshare Precision operates across five continents, 29 countries and more than 100 production centers, supporting localized delivery and supply-chain resilience. The company's vertically integrated platform spans precision components, functional modules and system-level products backed by AI-enabled digital tools for quality management, predictive maintenance and production planning.

For the remainder of 2026, Luxshare Precision said it will continue supporting consumer electronics launches and ODM/JDM programs, accelerate commercialization of high-speed interconnects, optical products, liquid cooling and power management, and expand automotive customer programs while drawing on the Leoni integration. Chairwoman and CEO Wang Laichun described the first-half performance as evidence of the diversified portfolio and global operating platform, citing continued investment in AI-enabled devices, AI infrastructure and smart vehicles as priorities backed by clear customer demand and defined technology roadmaps.
