Hall Render is pleased to announce that Blake Koletar has joined the firm’s Denver office.

Blake is a health care regulatory attorney who advises hospitals, health systems and other health care providers on the regulatory, employment and contracting issues that arise in their daily operations. He focuses on health care fraud and abuse compliance and helps clients navigate HIPAA privacy and security requirements.

He draws on prior in-house experience at a nonprofit health data company, where he advised on privacy compliance and employment matters, to offer practical guidance grounded in how organizations actually operate.

Blake is admitted to practice in Colorado and is a member of the American Health Law Association and the Colorado Bar Association.
