oNET（Optical Inter-chip Networking）is an optical interconnect architecture for high‑speed multi‑chip communication within a system. The hybrid optical interconnect chiplet — a stack of an analog electronic chip and a silicon photonic chip — transmits and receives data as light. This allows computing systems to move more data farther, achieving much greater architectural flexibility.
