("Nomadar" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: NOMA), a Nasdaq-listed global sports, tourism, technology, and experiential infrastructure company, today announced it will host a virtual investor event on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET. The investor webinar (the "Webinar") will feature a panel discussion with Nomadar CEO Americas & Board Director, Joaquin Martin, Fox Soccer Academy ("FSA") Co-Founder, Managing Partner, and Technical Director, Christian Fuchs, and FSA's Co-Founder, Managing Partner, and Business Director, Raluca Gold-Fuchs.

The Webinar follows Nomadar's and FSA's recent announcement of the signing of a definitive agreement whereby Nomadar will acquire a majority interest in FSA (the "Acquisition").
