In her new role at Uni K Wax, Simeone will oversee studio operations, franchisee support, and operational execution across the brand's expanding national footprint, working directly with franchisees to optimize studio operations, support team development, and elevate each guest's studio experience.

Simeone brings extensive experience managing operations for companies in the premium personal care sector.
