RESTON, Va., Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Stephen Vather has joined Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) as senior vice president of investor relations. He brings deep experience across investor relations, corporate development and capital markets.

Vather joins Leidos from Leonardo DRS, where he was senior vice president of corporate development and investor relations and helped lead the company's return to the public markets. Before that, he spent nine years at ManTech, where he led mergers and acquisitions and investor relations. He began his career in investment banking.

"I look forward to Steve continuing our productive engagements with shareholders and the broader investment community about how our NorthStar 2030 strategy is guiding our growth and delivering differentiated value for customers," said Leidos CEO Tom Bell.

Vather will succeed Stuart Davis, who will continue to lead investor relations through the third-quarter earnings cycle before retiring in March. The pair will collaborate through the transition to ensure continuity with investors and analysts. Davis rejoined Leidos in 2021 after his previous tenure from 2006 to 2009. Over a 42-year career, he has also led investor relations and strategy functions at Perspecta, CSRA, ManTech and SRA International.

"I want to thank Stuart for his leadership, sound counsel and many contributions to Leidos. His continued involvement will enable a smooth transition of internal and external connections in the months ahead," said Bell.
