Naples – October 05, 2026 -- The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón has officially reopened following a multi-million-dollar renovation, introducing redesigned guestrooms, a new event venue, and three restaurant concepts to the Florida resort.
Parker Torres Design reimagines the resort's interiors with natural light and local craftsmanship
The transformation, led by Parker Torres Design, replaces dark wood finishes throughout the property with residential-style interiors inspired by Southwest Florida's mangroves and the resort's Audubon-certified grounds. The reimagined lobby features a warm, neutral palette, organic marble inlays, and a custom alabaster chandelier. Guestrooms and suites now include curved settee lounges, built-in dining setups, and a signature in-room bar niche set against woven shell wallcoverings.
The property's Presidential Suite has been overhauled into a multi-room sanctuary with preserved green marble flooring, a dedicated bar lounge, and a dining room framed by a custom banquette wall. The Club Lounge has also been redesigned in rust, gold, and amber tones with maritime-inspired art and woven rope-and-rattan banquettes.
Three new dining concepts debut under Executive Chef Jared Young
Palmera, the resort's new destination bar and restaurant, opened under Executive Chef Jared Young, featuring a menu built around Naples-area farms, St. Augustine Datil peppers, and regional citrus. Dishes include Florida Blue Crab Toast with grapefruit aioli, a tableside Espresso Lobster Cocktail, and yakitori-grilled Roasted Chicken with Datil pepper Basquaise ragout.
Fenrose offers French breakfast fare in a space blending European café style with Florida-inspired design, while the adjacent Café Fenrose operates as an all-day market and espresso bar with butter yellow and mint decor and terrazzo flooring.
A new 2,700-square-foot venue adds space for weddings and corporate events
The resort introduced Swaying Palm, a 2,700-square-foot event space overlooking its championship golf courses, featuring raw metal accents, alabaster lighting fixtures, and custom shell concept art walls. The venue is designed to host galas, weddings, and corporate gatherings.
The 295-room resort sits adjacent to two Greg Norman-designed 18-hole golf courses and the Mouratoglou Tennis Center, directed by tennis coach Patrick Mouratoglou. General Manager Andrew Roberts said the overhaul was designed to blend the luxury of a European getaway with the warmth of Naples.
