Hermes brings 3,400 employees and 19 branches into Loomis network

Hermes operates 19 branches across Peru, serving around 1,000 customers in financial services, industrial, retail, public sector and mining. Its services include transportation, processing and secure storage of cash and precious metals, plus ATM management. Hermes' management team and approximately 3,400 employees will remain with the company, which will be reported within Loomis' Europe and Latin America segment starting October 2026.

Nordea and Société Générale structured financing later refinanced via bond issuance

Nordea Bank and Société Générale arranged the acquisition financing, including a committed bridge facility and guarantee facility. These facilities were refinanced ahead of closing using proceeds from Loomis' previously announced EUR 300 million bond issuance.

Aritz Larrea, President and CEO of Loomis, said the acquisition establishes the company's presence in Peru and strengthens its position across Latin America.
