DayOne targets Nasdaq listing under ticker DODC
The Singapore-headquartered digital infrastructure operator has applied to list its ADSs on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, and Citigroup have been named as underwriters for the offering.

The number of ADSs to be offered and the proposed price range have not yet been determined. The offering will proceed only once the registration statement is declared effective by the SEC, and will be made solely via a prospectus.
