Frisco, Texas – – October 05, 2026 -- Life Time brought its hybrid fitness competition to Texas for the first time, hosting the inaugural LT Games Dallas on Oct. 2-3 at Life Time Frisco, with more than 110 athletes competing across 17 high-intensity strength and conditioning stations.
Lauren Weeks and Noah Ohlsen take the top prizes
Lauren Weeks won first place among women and first overall with a time of 36:19, while Noah Ohlsen claimed the men's title in 42:12. Both athletes also won the inaugural Minneapolis LT Games in 2025. Dakotah Bryant (40:45) and Mackinly Kifer (43:47) rounded out the women's podium, while Arturo Torres (44:41) and Cory Hay (49:48) finished behind Ohlsen in the men's division.
Life Time paid out $27,000 across both divisions
The two-day format tested power, endurance and mental toughness, with athletes choosing their own weight loads and box heights at several stations -- a strategic twist built into the competition.
A new HYBRID XT studio opened at Life Time Frisco for the event
"We were pumped to bring the LT Games outside of Minnesota for the first time," said Wes Robertson, LT Games race director at Life Time. Athletes helped break in the venue's new HYBRID XT studio, a space built specifically for hybrid training and competition, combining conditioning work like rowing and SkiErg with barbell and sled-based strength training.
The Dallas event followed two earlier LT Games competitions at Life Time Minneapolis Target Center in 2025 and 2026, where the first dedicated HYBRID XT studio opened. HYBRID XT classes are now available at multiple Life Time locations across North America and through the Life Time app.
