Fort Myers – October 05, 2026 -- Eightpoint Interactive, Inc. has secured the 32nd spot on the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in Advertising & Marketing List, marking its second appearance on the ranking. The Fort Myers, Florida-based unit of global technology group Eightpoint has now held Great Place To Work Certification for three consecutive years, spanning 2024, 2025, and 2026.
Ranking draws on survey data from more than 10,000 advertising and marketing employees
Great Place To Work, in partnership with Fortune, compiled the list using its proprietary Trust Index Survey, which collected over 1.3 million employee responses representing more than 7.3 million workers across U.S. companies in 2025 and 2026. Of that pool, over 10,000 responses came specifically from employees at Great Place To Work Certified companies within the advertising and marketing sector, forming the basis for this year's rankings. Eligibility required companies to have 10 or more employees.
CEO credits employee culture for repeat recognition
"Being recognized again by Fortune and Great Place To Work is especially meaningful because it reflects the experience of our employees," said Deniz Gezgin, CEO of Eightpoint. "We have worked hard to build a culture where talented people can do ambitious work, continue growing, and have a real impact."
Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work, said the companies on the list demonstrate how investing in employees drives financial performance across the advertising industry.
