Kaelin Poulin Returns to Fitness Industry as Head of Supra Woman

Scottsdale, Ariz. – October 05, 2026 -- Kaelin Poulin, the entrepreneur who grew LadyBoss into a company serving more than 700,000 women and ranking No. 4 on the 2019 Inc. 5000, has rejoined the health and fitness industry as Head of Supra Woman, the women's division of Supra Human.

Poulin built LadyBoss into the No. 1 B2C company in America before stepping away

Alongside her husband, Brandon, Poulin co-built LadyBoss into a business that reached No. 4 on the 2019 Inc. 5000 and ranked No. 1 among B2C companies in the United States that year. After selling the company, she left the industry to homeschool her children.

A personal health comeback as a client led Poulin back into the industry

Following the birth of her third child, Poulin went nearly two years without a coach after gaining and losing roughly 60 pounds during each of her first two pregnancies. She hired Supra Human, a company founded by John and Nineveh Madsen that has delivered more than 10,000 client transformations and earned back-to-back Inc. 5000 rankings.

"The more I experienced it for myself, the more I kept thinking, 'Busy women with successful lives need this,'" Poulin said. "High-achieving women carry so much responsibility in every other area of their lives. They need world-class support here, too."

Supra Human reached No. 276 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 after 1,236% three-year revenue growth

Supra Human's coaching model combines individualized training, nutrition and accountability coaching with concierge medical care, including lab testing and practitioner support, delivered through proprietary technology. The company climbed to No. 276 nationally on the 2026 Inc. 5000 following 1,236% revenue growth over three years, alongside Inc. 500 Female Founder recognition.

Nineveh Madsen named Poulin to lead the company's women's division

"I can't think of a better person to lead this from the front than Kaelin," said Supra Human CEO Nineveh Madsen. "She's a dynamic leader with the business acumen to run alongside me and a rare ability to connect with women. My focus is continuing to build Supra Human and advance the technology behind where we're going next."

As Head of Supra Woman, Poulin will lead high-performing women balancing careers, businesses and families through the same coaching model she experienced as a client, continuing her own transformation alongside the women she coaches.
