Duluth, Ga. – October 05, 2026 -- AGCO Corporation (NYSE: AGCO) has restructured its executive leadership team, reducing headcount by one member and consolidating brand and functional responsibilities under fewer senior leaders, effective immediately.
Caspari takes global control of Fendt and Valtra brands
Stefan Caspari, previously Senior Vice President, Customer Success & North America Ag, has been named Senior Vice President and General Manager, Fendt/Valtra & Product Management. He retains leadership of AGCO's North American agricultural business while adding global oversight of the Fendt and Valtra equipment brands. Caspari joined AGCO in 2014 and previously led the company's Grain & Protein business through its transformation and divestiture. He holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Bonn and completed Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.
Torsten Dehner steps down from global Fendt/Valtra role
Torsten Dehner, who held the Senior Vice President and General Manager, Global Fendt/Valtra and Product Management role, stepped down from the position effective October 5, 2026. He will remain with AGCO in Switzerland to support the leadership transition. AGCO Chairman, President & CEO Eric Hansotia credited Dehner with strengthening the Fendt and Valtra brands and contributing to the company's AI transformation efforts.
Two other executives gain expanded portfolios
Luis Felli will become Senior Vice President and General Manager, Massey Ferguson, Parts & Customer Support, adding responsibility for AGCO's global Aftersales and Parts organization and Customer Support. Damon Audia will become President, PTx, Corporate Strategy & Distribution, taking on AGCO's Global Distribution Management organization. AGCO said the changes tie enterprise functions directly to brand execution, dealer performance and growth priorities.
