Spectre is the only tethered UAS cleared on the DCMA Blue UAS List
Hoverfly Spectre holds the distinction of being the first and only tethered UAS platform on the DCMA Blue UAS Cleared List, and it has also been verified secure under the AUVSI Green UAS program. The company has fielded more than 700 TeUAS systems to U.S. military and allied forces to date, supporting base security, battalion-level communications, and persistent ISR missions. Two-week Fort Benning evaluation tested Spectre mounted on a moving ISV-U
During a two-week MBL evaluation at the McKenna Field Landing Site, Soldiers, capability developers from the Air Robotics Dismounted Requirements Branch, and representatives from Product Lead Strategic Spectrum Warfare (PL SSW) subjected tethered UAS platforms, including Spectre, to tactical pacing trials. Integrated directly onto the moving ISV-U, Spectre demonstrated a dynamic "follow-mode,
