Raleigh, N.C. – – October 05, 2026 -- Self-storage operator 10 Federal has installed a formal executive leadership team effective September 28, 2026, naming Geoff Hayth President and Chief Customer Experience Officer, hiring Beau Agnello as Chief Operating Officer from Go Store It, and promoting Brian Oakley to Chief Technology Officer, as the company prepares for an accelerated growth phase across acquisitions and third-party management.
Four-person executive team now reports directly to Co-CEOs Brad and Cliff Minsley
Hayth, Agnello and Oakley join Chief A.I. Officer Christopher Taylor, appointed in April, to form the company's first formal executive bench. Hayth continues to lead DaVinci Lock, the 10 Federal-founded access control platform he has run since 2022 and which is now used in one of every six storage facilities nationwide. He previously spent eight years at Extra Space Storage, most recently as Director of Operations.
Agnello arrives after scaling Go Store It from roughly 100 to more than 200 properties
Agnello brings 14 years of self-storage operating experience, starting at Extra Space Storage in 2012 and rising to Division Vice President over approximately 170 properties and 11 million square feet across Texas and Oklahoma. At Go Store It, where he served as COO from 2023, he led integration of the 2024 Snapbox Self Storage merger that combined more than 10 million square feet onto a single platform across 27 states. At 10 Federal he will oversee field and remote operations, revenue management, marketing and onboarding for the company's automated portfolio and expanding third-party management business.
Oakley's promotion follows a technology career spanning AUM growth from $1 billion to $12 billion
Oakley has led 10 Federal's technology organization since 2023 and previously served as Vice President of Technology at Realterm, where he directed a firm-wide digital transformation as assets under management grew from approximately $1 billion to $12 billion. He earlier held roles at T. Rowe Price and the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. As CTO, he will oversee technology strategy and enterprise platforms alongside Taylor to bring A.I. capabilities into production at scale.
Leadership change coincides with a wave of acquisitions and new asset classes
In recent months, 10 Federal opened Class A facilities in Richmond Hill, Georgia, and Lake Worth, Texas; acquired three facilities in Azle and Springtown, Texas, adding more than 2,600 units and 375,000 net rentable square feet; and entered retail real estate with the acquisition of Eric Lane Shopping Center in Burlington, North Carolina. The company's proprietary platform, which includes predictive analytics, automated access control, A.I.-driven property auditing and drone-based security, currently supports 131 properties across 15 states. Co-CEO Brad Minsley said the Minsley brothers are taking a more active day-to-day role as the new executive team takes charge of what he called the company's most important growth period to date.
