Doraville, Ga. – October 05, 2026 -- SEI Group LLC has acquired Greenhome Specialties, Inc., marking its first expansion into Utah and pushing its acquisition total to 17 businesses since a February 2021 recapitalization with Quad-C Management, Inc.

Greenhome brings fiberglass and spray foam installation expertise to SEI's Utah debut

Greenhome, founded in 2011 and based in West Haven, UT, installs fiberglass, spray foam and other insulation products for single-family and multi-family residential projects as well as light commercial new construction. The company operates across greater Salt Lake City, throughout Utah and in several neighboring states. Owner Kyle Tolman will remain president of Greenhome following the deal.

SEI's branch network now spans 45 locations across 14 states

The Greenhome deal extends SEI's footprint into what the company describes as one of the fastest growing markets in the United States. SEI CEO Mark Moore said the transaction reflects continued execution of the company's strategic growth plans and welcomed the Greenhome team into the broader SEI organization.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
