Mayfair Gold Names Daniel Janusauskas VP Technical Services for Fenn-Gib

Toronto – October 05, 2026 -- Mayfair Gold Corp. (TSXV: MFG) (NYSE American: MINE) has appointed Daniel Janusauskas, P.Eng., as Vice President, Technical Services, effective November 1, 2026, to lead technical work on the 100%-owned Fenn-Gib Gold Project in Northern Ontario toward a construction decision.

Janusauskas brings 15 years of mine development experience to Fenn-Gib

Janusauskas most recently served as Technical Services Manager at Generation Mining, where he advanced the Marathon Copper-Palladium Project through feasibility updates, lender due diligence, independent engineer reviews, project financing, and the transition into construction. He previously held technical and leadership roles at Baffinland Iron Mines, Detour Gold, and BBA, with experience in operational ramp-up, life-of-mine planning, and NI 43-101 studies. He holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering from McGill University and has received the CIM-Bedford Canadian Young Mining Leaders Award.

Fenn-Gib holds a 4.3-million-ounce indicated gold resource in the Timmins region

The deposit contains 181.3 million tonnes at an average grade of 0.74 g/t gold, with a higher-grade 1-million-ounce probable reserve of 25.1 million tonnes at 1.29 g/t sitting near-surface. Mayfair's 2026 Pre-Feasibility Study outlines development of the near-surface reserve under the provincial permitting process.

PFS projects C$450 million initial capital and 2.7-year payback at US$3,100/oz gold

The study estimates cumulative free cash flow of US$896 million over the first six years of production. Mayfair is targeting construction start in 2028 and initial production in 2030, alongside ongoing permitting activities, detailed engineering, and exploration across its broader land package.
