United States – – October 05, 2026 -- Medical device contract manufacturer KMM Group has named Amy Goff and Erica Blake to senior leadership roles, deepening its operational and financial bench as the company expands production capacity following a platform investment from RS2 Healthcare Partners.
KMM strengthens leadership after July 2026 CEO appointment and RS2 investment
The hires follow J. Mark King's July 2026 appointment as president and CEO and the completion of RS2 Healthcare Partners' platform investment in KMM. King said the additions align with KMM's expansion plans, citing Goff's operations and supply chain background and Blake's finance experience in complex manufacturing transitions.
Goff brings nearly 30 years of medical device supply chain experience
Goff joins KMM after serving as vice president at Canadian Hospital Specialties, where she led the transformation of North American supply chain teams. She previously spent nearly 20 years at Argon Medical, overseeing seven manufacturing facilities and five distribution centers across seven countries.
"I joined KMM because the company already has an extraordinary combination of technical capability, skilled people and pride in the work," Goff said.
Blake adds 25 years of financial leadership across medical device and life sciences manufacturing
Blake most recently served as head of finance for North America at LGC Clinical Diagnostics. Her prior roles include financial controller at Nitto Denko Avecia and corporate controller at Tegra Medical.
The leadership expansion coincides with KMM's broader capital investment plans, including new equipment purchases, expanded production capacity and workforce growth.
