Beyond's Horizons launch bundles more than 40 other product and feature updates into one release, giving property managers and hosts the tools they need to grow revenue, price with confidence, and save time.

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Beyond, the short-term rental industry's leading revenue management platform, announces three major new features: Owner Hub, Advanced Connectivity, and Performance Manager, designed to help property managers and hosts stay ahead of their competition and grow their short-term rental business. Alongside these major updates, Beyond's October 2026 Horizons product release includes over 40 product and feature updates across Beyond's pricing algorithm, Insights dashboard, integrations functionality, and user workflows.

"For too long, growing a short-term rental business has meant winning owner trust by instinct and finding performance problems by digging through spreadsheets," said Gerard Murphy, Chief Product Officer. "This release changes both. Owner Hub gives property managers a real toolset to win owners, report to them, and defend performance when the market turns. Performance Manager shows them exactly where a portfolio is underperforming, down to the market and bedroom count, so the fix is a click away instead of a hunt. Together, they're providing our customers value they can see, prove, and act on every day."

Owner Hub: winning, reporting to, and defending performance for owners

Owner Hub brings three existing features, Owner Projections, Listing Lens, and Owner Reports, into a single experience that simplifies how users manage owner relationships inside Beyond.

- Owner Projections turns any global address or listing URL into three scenario-based revenue projections that a property manager can send an owner the same day, with an editable comp set and no PMS connection required.

- Listing Lens provides a prioritized, concrete fix list for a listing's photos, amenities, and content, so property managers spend less time guessing and get every listing revenue-ready faster.

- Owner Reports (formerly Owner Insights) delivers owner-ready reporting with market context and an editable AI summary, so customers can proactively explain a soft month to an owner with all the relevant data included in an easily built report.

The functionality within Owner Hub can save property managers significant time: running a projection for one listing drops from 60 minutes to 1 minute, reviewing a listing with Listing Lens drops from 30 minutes to 1 minute, and building an owner report drops from 20 minutes to 2 minutes, adding up to hours saved each month for a property management company.

"It has greatly improved owner communication. They can now see their personal statistics year to year, and it helps back us up when we need to have difficult discussions regarding a homeowner's property," says Amber Donevant, Revenue & Implementations Manager at Carolina One Vacation Rentals.

Advanced Connectivity: opening Beyond's data to a customer's own systems

Advanced Connectivity gives customers API and MCP server access to Beyond's pricing, performance, and market data, so their own AI assistant can act on Beyond directly instead of just answering questions about it. A customer can ask their assistant to:

- Make a change: adjust a base price or minimum price by a number or a percentage ("drop base price 10% on my Destin 3-bedrooms"),

- Set a minimum stay, add a rate override, or build a group or saved filter across one listing or many at once, targeted by name, market, bedroom count, or status.

- Pull real data in volume: listings, calendars, reservations, performance, pacing, market data, and settings history, so customers can build their own reports directly in the tools they already use.

Guardrails are built in to ensure that all automations and speed never eliminate user control. Write access is a separate permission the customer grants explicitly; nothing happens without approval, changes can be previewed before they're committed, and every edit runs through the same bulk-edit system as Beyond's in-app editor, so it's visible and reversible. The assistant only sees and does what the user can, and every call is logged.

Performance Manager: pinpointing exactly where performance is slipping

For portfolios spanning multiple markets, property types, and unit sizes, finding the specific segment dragging down performance has meant manually pulling data and cross-referencing market comps across spreadsheets and multiple dashboards.

Performance Manager replaces that process with a single view: a color-coded matrix that segments portfolio performance against market and year-over-year benchmarks, so property managers can see at a glance where they're winning and where they're not. Clicking into any segment drills down by market, bedroom count, or listing group to isolate the exact group underperforming, and routes directly into Beyond's Pricing Dashboard with that segment's filters already applied, turning diagnosis into action in a few clicks instead of a spreadsheet exercise.

A platform-wide update, more than 40 features deep

Beyond has also launched over 40 additional product and feature updates across the full platform over the past 6 months.

Beyond's dynamic pricing engine is more advanced than ever with the introduction of industry-first factors and customizations like Reputation Factor, Rebook Protection, Listing Benchmark Factor, Occupancy-Based Pricing, and more, all designed to further sharpen the algorithm while reducing the need for constant manual intervention. Additionally, the all-new Auto Base Price and Emergency Brake customizations give managers more built-in guardrails without additional monitoring, while seasonal time-based gap fills and length-of-stay pricing extend that same logic to help property managers and hosts offer more booking options to guests.

Consumer search demand also gets a makeover in Beyond's Insights with the new Search Insights dashboard that allows Beyond customers to get access to market-level web search data to understand more about how their guests travel. Automatic Comp Sets help save time when building out property benchmarking reports by providing initial recommendations for a comp, and new performance metrics provide additional details into the "why" behind a price recommendation or performance report.

Beyond's Tally payment processor now features easy-to-read monthly statements and an AI-powered dispute center that helps cut down the manual reconciliation and back-and-forth that payment disputes usually require. Signal, Beyond's direct booking platform, adds map-driven listing search, making it easier for guests to find and book directly. Beyond has also expanded its PMS integrations with Resly, PropertyStack, SuiteClerk, and Boom, with Evivvo coming soon, allowing professional property managers to take their dynamic pricing to another level.

Core platform updates round out the update: a redesigned homepage, a compact grid view, listing groups, a history tab, revenue goals, and more help property managers and hosts save time while getting access to advanced revenue management strategies. Together, these mean fewer clicks, easier strategy updates across large portfolios, and customizations that work to add peace of mind while saving time.

MAYFAIR GOLD ENTERS INTO C$310 MILLION ENGAGEMENT LETTER AND NON-BINDING PROJECT FINANCING AND EQUITY INVESTMENT TERM SHEET WITH MACQUARIE FOR FENN-GIB
Image File
Original HTML

TORONTO, Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Mayfair Gold Corp. ("Mayfair" or the "Company") (TSXV: MFG) (NYSE American: MINE) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a subscription agreement in connection with a strategic equity investment of C$10 million and an engagement letter and non-binding term sheet with Macquarie Bank Limited ("Macquarie") for a proposed C$300 million project finance facility (the "Facility"), for a total proposed financing package of up to C$310 million. The financing would support development of Mayfair's 100%-owned Fenn-Gib Gold Project ("Fenn-Gib" or the "Project") in the Timmins region of Northern Ontario.

Highlights

- Equity investment – Macquarie has entered into a subscription agreement for C$10 million of Mayfair common shares, priced at $C4.26, representing a 10% premium to the 5-day VWAP, aligning a leading global resources bank with Mayfair's shareholders.

- Project finance facility - non-binding engagement letter to arrange a C$300 million project finance facility (inclusive of up to C$20 million capitalized interest) which, if completed on the terms contemplated, would fund the majority of the C$450 million initial development capital estimated in the 2026 Pre-Feasibility Study.

- Early draw feature – the proposed Facility includes a C$25 million early drawdown tranche expected to be available on closing, which would provide financial flexibility to fund early works, long-lead equipment purchases and detailed engineering ahead of full construction drawdowns.

- Interest rate – Adjusted Term Canadian Overnight Repo Rate Average "CORRA" plus 4.75% per annum, stepping down to Adjusted Term CORRA plus 4.25% per annum following project completion, with up to C$20 million of interest capitalizable during construction.

- Repayment terms aligned with the mine plan – quarterly repayments would commence six months after the start of commercial production, with full repayment no later than 72 months after initial drawdown of the Facility following the early drawdown tranche.

- Gold offtake – the financing package includes an offtake right in favour of Macquarie over the first 50,000 ounces of gold produced each year, to a maximum of 300,000 ounces, priced at a published reference price less US$50 per ounce, with 50% of such gold offtake vesting concurrently with signing of the engagement letter and closing of Macquarie's equity investment and the remaining 50% of such gold offtake vesting on closing of the Facility.

Under the non-binding term sheet, Macquarie would act as Mandated Lead Arranger, Agent and Sole Underwriter of the Facility, which would be structured as a project finance facility. The proceeds would be used to partially fund the development, construction, commissioning and start-up of Fenn-Gib, together with associated working capital and project costs. The Facility would be secured by first-ranking security over the Project. Macquarie may, in consultation with Mayfair, arrange participation by additional lenders or risk participants in respect of a minimum of 30% of the Facility amount.

Kevin Annett, Mayfair's Chief Financial Officer, stated: "Entering into this engagement letter and financing term sheet represents an important milestone for Mayfair as we advance Fenn-Gib toward development. We are pleased to partner with Macquarie, a highly respected global financial institution with deep mining sector experience. The proposed financing provides a strong foundation for our broader project funding strategy while allowing us to maintain a disciplined approach to capital allocation and project execution. We believe Macquarie will be an excellent long-term partner as we advance Fenn-Gib and continue to grow the Company."

Mike Burns, Head of Mining Finance – Americas in Macquarie's Commodities and Global Markets business, added: "Fenn-Gib stands out as a Canadian gold project with the potential to become a significant new producer. Mayfair has taken a disciplined approach to advancing and de-risking the project, and we are pleased to bring Macquarie's global mining and project finance experience to support the next stage of its development. As a shareholder and through our engagement on the senior debt financing, we look forward to working with the Mayfair team as it advances Fenn-Gib towards construction and production."

The term sheet is non-binding. The proposed Facility and related transactions remain subject to completion of due diligence, including review by an independent engineer, negotiation and execution of definitive documentation, and satisfaction of conditions precedent customary for a financing of this nature.

The C$10 million strategic equity investment will be priced at C$4.26, representing a 10 percent (10%) premium to the 5-day volume-weighted average trading price of the Company's common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange on and including September 30, 2026, subject to Exchange approvals.

About Mayfair Gold

Mayfair Gold is a Canadian development-stage gold company focused on advancing the 100%-owned Fenn-Gib Project in the Timmins region of Northern Ontario. Fenn-Gib hosts a 4.3-million-ounce indicated mineral resource of gold (181.3Mt at an average grade of 0.74 g/t) and the expected strategy outlined in the 2026 Pre-Feasibility Study (the "PFS")1 is to develop the Project under the provincial permitting process, targeting the higher-grade 1-million-ounce probable mineral reserve (25.1Mt at an average grade of 1.29g/t) sitting near-surface, highlighting the optionality and scalability provided by the deposit. The PFS also outlines the potential to develop Fenn-Gib into a new Canadian gold producer, with initial development capital of C$450 million, a base-case payback period of 2.7 years, and cumulative free cash flow2 of US$896 million over the first six years of production based on a US$3,100/oz gold price. Siip Launches Free App and Personalized Subscription to Help Coffee Drinkers Understand Their Taste

Siip's subscription makes it easy for people to discover coffees matched to their evolving taste from roasters committed to long-standing partnerships with farmers.

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Siip Coffee announced a personalized coffee app and subscription built to remove the guesswork from buying new coffee. Siip learns from every coffee a person drinks and rates, building a Taste Profile that evolves over time. The subscription sends coffees matched to each subscriber's taste and selected to encourage discovery.

The experience of "I know what I like when I taste coffee, but I couldn't tell you what I like about it" is reflected in Siip's data. Siip users most often say they prefer chocolate and nutty flavors in an onboarding survey. Across tens of thousands of ratings, those two flavors are consistently outperformed by less "familiar" flavor categories like floral and berries. Roast profile tells a similar story: six in ten users say they prefer medium roast, yet they rate lighter roasts higher.

"Our goal is to help coffee drinkers better understand their taste, to go from 'I like this' to 'I'm starting to understand why,'" said Nick Spilger, founder and CEO of Siip Coffee. "We built Siip around the idea that people shouldn't have to become coffee experts before they can explore great coffee."

Siip considers factors such as origin, variety, processing method, roast level, and flavor profile across tens of thousands of coffees, while keeping the experience simple. Users can rate any coffee, whether it's from their Siip subscription, a cafe, or a grocery shelf. They scan the bag and answer one question: "How was this coffee?" Every rating sharpens their Taste Profile and the coffees the subscription picks next.

Richie Seaberry, a Siip subscriber, said: "If you asked me six months ago what coffees I like, my answer would have been dark roast with a bunch of cream. Now, I'd tell you it's probably somewhere from Nicaragua, probably a medium roast, with notes of nuts or chocolate."

Every shipment aligns with a subscriber's taste preferences while inviting them to discover something new. Siip might send two coffees from the same country with different processing methods, so a subscriber can taste how processing shapes flavor.

The coffees come from Siip's founding roaster partners, who share a commitment to long-standing relationships with farmers. Many, including Onyx Coffee Lab, Equator Coffees, George Howell Coffee, Cat & Cloud, and Joe Coffee, have worked with the same farmers for years, sometimes decades. These relationships enable roasters and farmers to invest more deeply in quality and in the long-term viability of their businesses and communities. Siip picks from each roaster's full catalog, so limited releases and rare single origins go to the subscribers whose taste they match.

The Siip app is free and available worldwide on iOS and Android. The personalized subscription is available in the United States, starting at $14.40 per bag of whole beans for the first two months and $18 per bag thereafter, with free shipping. Subscribers can skip, pause, or cancel anytime.

Armadin Raises $255.5 Million Series B to Scale Effective Autonomous Security

Funding brings Armadin's valuation to over $2.5 billion just seven months after its launch as AI compresses the time between vulnerability discovery and exploitation

PALO ALTO, Calif., Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Armadin, an AI-native cybersecurity company building effective autonomous security, today announced it has raised $255.5 million in Series B funding co-led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Accel that brings the company's valuation to over $2.5 billion. The round includes participation from new investors Bain Capital Ventures (BCV) and Redpoint. Existing investors 8VC, Ballistic Ventures, Google Ventures, In-Q-Tel, Kleiner Perkins, and Menlo Ventures also returned, reflecting their continued confidence, bringing Armadin's total funding to $445 million.

Seven months after emerging from stealth, Armadin is running agentic attack campaigns in production for Fortune 500 enterprises and government customers. As frontier AI models compress the time between vulnerability disclosure and working exploit, periodic penetration tests cannot keep pace. Scanner output fails in a different way, because it scores each finding in isolation. Armadin deploys an autonomous swarm of specialized agents that reason like a skilled adversary across the attack surface, chaining individually low-severity weaknesses into validated kill chains. Those chains run from unauthenticated remote code execution at the perimeter through lateral movement to full cloud compromise. Enterprise and government security teams see the exact attack paths an adversary would use in production today, along with the blast radius of each, and sever them before they are exploited.

"Offense is uniquely advantaged right now," said Kevin Mandia, CEO of Armadin. "AI lets an attacker find and chain weaknesses faster than any human team can respond. The only way to build a defense that keeps pace is to train it against the best offense available, every day. That is what we built. With a16z and Accel co-leading and the support of every investor in this round, we are going to put that offense to work for the enterprises and government agencies defending the world's most critical systems."

Armadin will use the investment to scale its agentic security platform, and to scale its research, training, and go-to-market efforts.

"Against agentic adversaries, the best defense is a great offense powered by AI. That was our conviction when we led Armadin's Series A, and it's even more pressing today," said Ping Li, Partner at Accel. "In less than a year, Armadin has set the standard for AI-powered offensive security and remediation across enterprises and governments, and we're excited to keep partnering with them."

"Every major platform shift creates a new generation of security leaders, and AI is the biggest shift we've seen," said David George, General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz. "Kevin has been on the front lines of the most consequential breaches in history, and he has built a team that pairs elite red teamers with world-class AI engineers. We invested because we believe Armadin will become the defining security company of the AI era."

About Armadin

Armadin is an AI-native cybersecurity company delivering the definitive offensive security platform to identify and eliminate an organization's exploitable risks. As the threat of AI-driven threats escalates, Armadin empowers enterprises to proactively secure their environments. Armadin's platform safely delivers the most comprehensive and powerful AI Hyperattacks to identify new and novel attack paths before adversaries can exploit them. Led by CEO Kevin Mandia, Armadin is a group of engineers, researchers, and hackers on a mission to create effective autonomous security.

Both multi-day training sessions will include education on Japanese Wagyu quality, traceability, nutritional benefits, sourcing, and heritage, as well as butchery and whole-animal usage. New for this year, the level one certification includes expanded training for front-of-the-house teams in addition to hands-on cooking and chef demonstrations.

The partnership centers around both organizations' commitment to culinary education and quality ingredients. While professional chefs and hospitality professionals will make up the majority of attendees on both coasts, the Institute of Culinary Education will select approximately 35 students from its cohorts to participate in the new certification at no additional cost. The Institute is also working with the Wagyu Sommelier program to handpick culinary and hospitality speakers and attendees to receive the training at no cost. The selection process is led by the originator of the partnership, Mishel LeDoux, Director of Hospitality and Management Programs for the Institute's Los Angeles campus and Senior Vice President of Culinary Operations, Barry Tonkinson in New York.

"There is no limit to the benefits of education and we are proud to act as a catalyst for expanding access to burgeoning programs like Wagyu Sommelier certifications. This multi-year partnership allows us to bring our students into a growing community in the industry, connecting them to elite expertise and real-time networking as they build their careers. We look forward to providing an opportunity to better understand an often misunderstood ingredient under masterful guidance. This program is a unique educational experience that we're excited to bring to New York for the first time," says Lachlan Sands, President of Los Angeles Campus, Institute of Culinary Education.

In partnership with the Japan External Trade Organization, Wagyu Sommelier will provide attendees with tastes and training including rare access to brands of Japanese Wagyu heritages not yet widely available in the United States. The expansion of the certification program is an industry and education-first approach to ingredient ambassadorship created to help diversify and deepen industry understanding of a deeply nuanced ingredient and its sourcing process.

"Our growing partnership with the Institute of Culinary Education has been instrumental in providing expertise, educational resources and a generous approach to creating on-campus communities in major food cities. We are looking forward to welcoming a new generation of Wagyu sommeliers into the certification program and continuing to help industry experts better understand the world of Japanese Wagyu," Nan Sato, Founder and CEO of Wagyu Sommelier.

For the first time ever, Wagyu Sommelier and the Institute of Culinary Education are accepting applications to attend certification training in either New York or Los Angeles. To learn more and apply, click here for Los Angeles, click here for New York.

ADAMA Launches Botanical Fungicide Actavan® in Australia and New Zealand

Plant-based fungicide activates crops' natural defenses against Botrytis and delivers season-long flexibility with zero residue

BEIJING and TEL AVIV, Israel, 1 October, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- ADAMA Ltd. (SZSE: 000553), a leading global crop protection company, announced the launch of Actavan® in Australia and New Zealand, a plant-based fungicide for grapes. By activating the plant's natural defense mechanisms, it helps growers protect crops against Botrytis. With zero residue and no pre-harvest interval, Actavan® offers greater flexibility to protect fruit quality through harvest and post-harvest storage.

Based on beet extract, Actavan® is a Systemic Acquired Resistance (SAR) elicitor that stimulates the plant's immune response before infection occurs. Natural, fully biodegradable, non-toxic and compatible with integrated pest management (IPM) programs, it provides growers with an effective botanical option for disease management.

Actavan® activates genes involved in the production of enzymes that degrade pathogen cell walls while stimulating antimicrobial phytoalexins. This systemic defense response helps crops resist fungal diseases and complements existing fungicide programs.

The product recently received a new classification from the Fungicide Resistance Action Committee (FRAC) in P Group 11, recognizing its distinct mode of action and providing growers with an additional tool for resistance-management strategies.

"Growers are increasingly looking for solutions that combine strong performance with flexibility and sustainability," said Jean Zonato, Head of Global Fungicides at ADAMA. "Actavan® expands the options available for disease management by introducing a plant-derived mode of action that can be integrated into existing programs while helping growers meet evolving market and production requirements."

Actavan® will be available for purchase in Australia and New Zealand starting in October 2026.

EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

GENTOO MEDIA INC.

2 November 2026

Information on resolutions related to agenda items

The Board of Directors, and, in relation to agenda items 2, 8, and 9, the Nomination Committee, set out below further information on the resolutions proposed for adoption by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. The Nomination Committee's full reasoning in relation to agenda items 8 and 9 has been enclosed in this Notice.

(a) Agenda Item 2 - Chairman of the meeting

The Nomination Committee proposes that the Chairman of the Board, Mikael Harstad, is appointed as Chairman of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

(b) Agenda Item 7 - Resolution to approve the Third Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of Gentoo Media Inc;

The Board of Directors proposes that the EGM resolves to approve the Third Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of Gentoo Media Inc to:

(i) increase the number of authorized shares of the Common Stock, $0.001 par value per share, of the Company (the "Common Stock"), from 200,000,000 shares to 250,000,000 shares, and (ii) authorize an additional class of common stock, $0.001 par value per share, of the Company, to be designated "Class Z Common Stock," consisting of an additional 100,000,000 shares.

Following the proposed amendment, the Company's authorised share capital will be composed of 250,000,000 shares of Common Stock and 100,000,000 shares of Class Z Common Stock. For the elimination of doubt, the number of shares of Class Z Common Stock in issue will at no time exceed the number of authorized but unissued shares of Common Stock as the shares in the new class are expected, following a mandatory lock-in period, to be converted to shares of Common Stock.

The amendment is proposed to create sufficient authorised, unissued share capital — including the new Class Z Common Stock class — to accommodate a directed issue of new unlisted shares which the Board of Directors is intends to carry out, subject to EGM approval and other regulatory approvals. The share issue will be fully underwritten by (i) MJ Foundation Fundacja Rodzinna ("MJF"), (ii) Fundacja Zbigniewa Juroszka Fundacja Rodzinna ("ZJF") and (iii) Betplay Capital Fundacja Rodzinna ("Betplay"), each acting directly and/or through a designated affiliate (each a "Backstop Provider" and together the "Backstop Providers"), who have undertaken to subscribe for the pro-rate number of subscription rights allocated to them and further to any shares not taken up by other eligible shareholders. The Backstop Providers are amongst the Company's largest shareholders, and 2 members of the Board of the Company are affiliated with them.
