VANCOUVER, BC, Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Trilogy Metals Inc. (NYSE American: TMQ) (TSX: TMQ) ("Trilogy Metals", "Trilogy" or the "Company") announced today the successful completion of the 2026 summer field program at the Upper Kobuk Mineral Projects ("UKMP") in northwestern Alaska's Ambler Mining District, with all priority objectives for the season achieved.

Highlights

- 2026 Field Program Completed with All 42 Planned Geotechnical, Hydrogeological, Condemnation and Exploration Holes Drilled Over Approximately 5,200 Meters

- Target Assessments and Advanced Mapping Completed for District-Wide Exploration Drilling Along 100-Kilometer Volcanogenic Massive Sulfide ("VMS") Belt

- David Thomas Appointed Senior Vice President of Project Development of Ambler Metals to Lead Engineering and Development of the Arctic Project

The UKMP asset portfolio, which encompasses approximately 190,929 hectares and hosts both the high-grade Arctic polymetallic deposit (the "Arctic Project" or "Arctic") and the Bornite copper-cobalt deposit (the "Bornite Project" or "Bornite"), is being advanced by Ambler Metals LLC ("Ambler Metals"). Ambler Metals is a 50/50 joint venture operating company equally owned by Trilogy and South32 Limited (ASX, LSE, JSE: S32; ADR: SOUHY) ("South32"). Arctic is one of the highest-grade, undeveloped open-pittable copper deposits in the world, with an estimated average grade of approximately 5% copper equivalent1,2, bolstered by material precious metals by-product credits.

Tony Giardini, President and CEO of Trilogy, commented: "Delivering the full scope of this season's work safely, with every priority objective met, is a credit to the Ambler Metals team. This summer's program gives our engineers the geotechnical and hydrogeological data they need to finalize Arctic's mine design and infrastructure placement, and it strengthens the technical record supporting our permit applications. We anticipate 2027 being a significant step up in activity: exploration and development drilling at Bornite and along the VMS belt, continued engineering at Arctic, and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement targeted for October 2027. With Dave Thomas now leading project development, the joint venture is positioning Arctic for a potential construction decision following a Record of Decision, targeted for September 2028."

Ambler Metals Concludes 2026 Field Program

Ambler Metals has completed all planned geotechnical, hydrogeological, condemnation and exploration holes for the 2026 season – a total of 42 holes across approximately 5,200 meters of drilling – achieving all priority objectives set for the program. The drill campaign, concentrated at the proposed Arctic mine's waste rock storage facilities and tailings footprint areas, and important groundwater characterization targets, was designed to inform mine design and infrastructure placement and to support the permitting process, while also probing exploration targets along the Arctic mineral horizon.

Regional Exploration: Target Assessments Completed Along the 100-Kilometer VMS Belt

Alongside the Arctic drill program, Ambler Metals completed drill-target assessments of known mineral occurrences and targets across the UKMP mineral belt, achieving another key objective of the 2026 season. The 100-kilometer-long (60-mile-long) VMS belt, which hosts Arctic and numerous other polymetallic mineral deposits and prospects, contains approximately 30 known, historic VMS occurrences and electromagnetic anomalies (see Figure 1). The results of these assessments will be used to rank and prioritize targets, and are expected to underpin planning for accelerated exploration and development drilling in 2027.

Project staff are now focused on preparing for the 2027 field season, including completing equipment maintenance and repairs to support an efficient restart of field operations in April/May 2027.

David Thomas Appointed Senior Vice President of Project Development of Ambler Metals

Ambler Metals has appointed David Thomas as Senior Vice President of Project Development. Mr. Thomas will lead engineering and project development for the Arctic Project, working alongside Ambler Metals President Ron Rimelman as the joint venture advances the project through permitting and toward a construction decision.

Mr. Thomas is a civil engineer with more than 40 years of experience in underground and open-pit mining across North America and internationally, including expertise in Arctic developments. His work spans mine complex design, permitting, project development, start-ups, operations, and closure. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Freedom Copper and, prior to that, as Vice President of Ausenco USA, where he provided engineering oversight for preliminary economic assessments, pre-feasibility studies, and feasibility studies for mining projects in Alaska and across the United States. He has also held senior roles with New Mexico Copper and Sabre Gold, and has been involved in mine permitting in Alaska, Washington, Arizona, Utah, and New Mexico. The microencapsulation market is evolving as manufacturers increasingly use encapsulation technologies to improve ingredient stability, protection, controlled release, and ease of incorporation across food & beverages, pharmaceuticals, household & personal care, agriculture, and other industries. Microencapsulation enables sensitive core materials such as vitamins, minerals, probiotics, flavors, essential oils, bioactive compounds, and active pharmaceutical ingredients to be protected from environmental and processing conditions, including heat, moisture, oxygen, and light. At the same time, manufacturers are expanding encapsulation capabilities across spray, emulsion, coacervation, polymerization, extrusion, and other technologies to address different core materials, shell materials, and release requirements. The growing use of functional and fortified products further encourages incorporating encapsulated ingredients into a broader range of formulations. As demand grows, encapsulation efficiency, ingredient stability, controlled release, process scalability, and compatibility between core and shell materials are becoming increasingly important in the microencapsulation market. Advances in formulation and process design enable manufacturers to better protect and retain sensitive ingredients while producing encapsulated materials suitable for commercial-scale applications.

By core material, the active ingredients segment accounts for the largest share of the microencapsulation market.

The active ingredients segment accounts for a significant share of the microencapsulation market because encapsulation technologies protect sensitive compounds and maintain their stability during processing and storage. Active ingredients can be susceptible to moisture, oxygen, light, temperature, and other environmental conditions that affect their effectiveness. Microencapsulation provides a protective barrier around these materials, improving stability, compatibility, ingredient retention, and controlled release. Growing demand for products requiring enhanced functionality and controlled delivery is further supporting the use of active ingredients as core materials, particularly where protection and release performance are important.

By core material form, liquid is expected to dominate the microencapsulation market.

The dominance of liquid core materials is supported by the extensive use of microencapsulation to encapsulate oils, emulsions, flavors, essential oils, fragrances, and other liquid active compounds within protective shell materials. Encapsulation improves stability by protecting these materials from oxidation, evaporation, moisture, light, and other environmental factors while maintaining their functional properties during processing, storage, and end use. The technology also enables the incorporation of liquid ingredients into solid and liquid formulations while supporting controlled release and improved handling. These benefits make liquid core materials widely utilized across food & beverages, pharmaceuticals, household & personal care, agriculture, and other industrial applications. The broad use of liquid ingredients in commercial formulations, along with microencapsulation's ability to enhance their stability, delivery, and performance, continues to support the liquid segment's leading position in the market.

If shares having an aggregate purchase price of more than $20 million are properly tendered in the tender offer and not properly withdrawn, INVE Technologies reserves the right to accept for purchase pursuant to the tender offer up to an additional 2% of its outstanding shares without extending the expiration time for the tender offer. All shares accepted in the tender offer will be purchased at the same price, even if tendered at a lower price. Any shares tendered may be withdrawn prior to expiration of the tender offer. Stockholders that do not wish to participate in the tender offer do not need to take any action.

If the tender offer is fully subscribed, then shares of common stock having an aggregate purchase price of $20 million will be purchased, representing approximately 24.7 percent to 29.4 percent of INVE Technologies' issued and outstanding shares as of October 19, 2026, depending on the purchase price payable for those shares pursuant to the tender offer.

INVE Technologies will use cash on hand to fund the repurchase of shares in the tender offer and to pay all related fees and expenses. The tender offer is not conditioned upon obtaining financing or any minimum number of shares being tendered; however, the tender offer is subject to a number of other terms and conditions, which are specified in the offer to purchase.

Specific instructions and a complete explanation of the terms and conditions of the tender offer will be contained in the offer to purchase, the related letter of transmittal and the other tender offer materials that will be mailed to registered stockholders shortly and that also can be accessed at the following website: www.dfking.com/INVE. AI-native Enterprise TRiSCM™ innovator secures institutional backing, earns Leader recognition in GRC and Third-Party Risk Management, and accelerates global expansion

DALLAS, Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- DigitalXForce today announced the launch of the industry's first Enterprise TRiSCM™ (Trust, Risk, and Security Management) platform designed for the AI and Quantum era, introducing a new operating model for organizations to manage Trust, Risk, Security and Compliance through continuous assurance, operational intelligence and autonomous risk operation.

DigitalXForce, the AI-native Enterprise Trust, Risk, Security and Compliance Management (TRiSCM™) platform, today announced a strategic institutional investment from Arsenal Equity Group to accelerate global expansion, enterprise adoption and AI-powered innovation.

The investment follows a period of exceptional momentum for DigitalXForce, highlighted by three major milestones:

- IDC MarketScape Leader Recognition: DigitalXForce was named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Third-Party Risk Management Software 2026 Vendor Assessment (Doc #US53007725, September 2026), following its Leader positioning in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Governance, Risk, and Compliance Software Vendor Assessment, 2025 (Doc #US53615325, June 2025).

- 514% Growth: DigitalXForce was recognized as the second fastest-growing technology company in North Texas in the 2026 Tech Titans Fast Tech Awards.

- Strategic Institutional Investment: Arsenal Equity Group's investment will support the company's next phase of global growth, product innovation and enterprise market expansion.

Together, these milestones reinforce DigitalXForce's evolution from an emerging GRC innovator into a rapidly scaling enterprise technology company advancing the shift toward continuous Digital Trust and AI-powered Risk Intelligence.

Institutional Investment to Accelerate Global Scale

The strategic investment from Arsenal Equity Group will support DigitalXForce's expansion across North America, the Middle East, Europe and Asia-Pacific, while strengthening its global enterprise sales, partner ecosystem and product engineering capabilities.

The company plans to accelerate investment in its unified Enterprise TRiSCM™ platform, including Automated GRC, Continuous Control Assurance, Third-Party Risk Management, AI Risk Governance, Enterprise Security Posture Management and X-ROC™ Risk Operations.

The funding also supports DigitalXForce's strategy to deepen relationships with global systems integrators, consulting organizations, technology partners and regional distributors.

CEO Perspective

"Our 514% growth, IDC MarketScape Leader recognition and Arsenal Equity Group's investment validate our vision. We are scaling AI-powered Enterprise TRiSCM and XForce Risk Operations Center (X-ROC) globally to redefine Digital Trust."

— Lalit Ahluwalia, Founder & CEO, DigitalXForce

Investor Perspective

"DigitalXForce brings together exceptional growth, differentiated AI-native technology and a compelling vision for enterprise risk management. Its industry recognition and global market momentum reinforce our conviction in the company's ability to scale and establish a leadership position in Digital Trust. We are excited to partner with Lalit and the DigitalXForce team as they enter their next phase of growth."

— Jason Rottenberg, Principal, Arsenal Equity Group

Recognized as a Leader in Two IDC MarketScape Assessments

DigitalXForce's latest recognition in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Third-Party Risk Management Software 2026 Vendor Assessment marks another significant milestone in its Enterprise TRiSCM strategy.

The assessment evaluated third-party risk management software providers based on their capabilities and strategies, positioning DigitalXForce in the Leaders category.

The recognition follows DigitalXForce's Leader positioning in the 2025 IDC MarketScape for Governance, Risk and Compliance software.

Together, the two assessments recognize DigitalXForce's competitive positioning across complementary enterprise risk management markets.

DigitalXForce's architecture brings third-party risk management, automated GRC and continuous control monitoring together on a unified platform, enabling enterprises to manage internal and external risk through connected evidence, common controls and continuously updated risk intelligence.

Transforming Third-Party Risk from Questionnaires to Continuous Intelligence

Traditional third-party risk management programs often rely on annual questionnaires, manual evidence reviews and periodic vendor assessments.

However, expanding supplier ecosystems, cybersecurity threats and regulations such as DORA and NIS2 are increasing the need for ongoing oversight.

DigitalXForce's Automated Third-Party Risk Management with External Risk View combines:

- Risk-based vendor classification and tiering.

- AI-assisted questionnaire and document analysis.

- Continuous external attack surface and cyber risk intelligence.

- Vulnerability, misconfiguration and breach exposure monitoring.

- Fourth-party dependency visibility.

- Automated risk scoring, remediation workflows and SLA tracking.

- Unified evidence mapping across regulatory and compliance frameworks.

Unlike standalone third-party assessment tools, DigitalXForce integrates supplier risk intelligence with an organization's internal security, compliance and enterprise risk posture.

This enables risk teams to move beyond periodic vendor attestations toward continuous, evidence-driven third-party risk management.

From Traditional GRC to Enterprise Digital Trust

DigitalXForce is building a unified operating model for enterprise trust, risk, security and compliance.

Its Enterprise TRiSCM™ platform brings together 15 integrated modules on a common data layer, with controls mapped across more than 50 compliance frameworks and supported by more than 250 technology integrations.

Two proprietary AI engines, AI JedAI and XForce GPT, support capabilities spanning evidence analysis, control testing, risk quantification, policy intelligence and remediation orchestration.

The platform is designed to help enterprises transition:

From Periodic GRC → Continuous Control Assurance

From Fragmented Risk Tools → Unified Enterprise TRiSCM™

From Vendor Questionnaires → Continuous Third-Party Risk Intelligence

From Reactive Risk Management → Proactive Risk Operations

From Compliance Reporting → Measurable Digital Trust

DigitalXForce is extending this vision through X-ROC™, its Risk Operations Center approach, designed to help organizations continuously monitor, prioritize and manage enterprise risk.

514% Growth Reinforces Market Momentum

DigitalXForce's 514% three-year growth and No. 2 ranking in the 2026 Tech Titans Fast Tech Awards reflect increasing market demand for automated, AI-native approaches to risk, cybersecurity and compliance.

Founded in North Texas in 2023, DigitalXForce has expanded into international markets, supporting organizations navigating complex enterprise risk, regulatory requirements and digital transformation initiatives.

Its hybrid deployment architecture also enables organizations to address regional data residency and sovereignty requirements while benefiting from centralized governance and AI-powered risk intelligence.

With institutional backing, two IDC MarketScape Leader recognitions and continued international expansion, DigitalXForce is positioned to pursue its next stage of enterprise growth.

Building the Future of Digital Trust

As organizations adopt AI, cloud technologies and increasingly interconnected digital ecosystems, traditional point-in-time risk assessments are becoming insufficient.

DigitalXForce believes the future belongs to platforms that continuously connect security, governance, compliance, third-party exposure, resilience and enterprise risk into a unified view of organizational trust.

From GRC to Enterprise TRiSCM™. From periodic compliance to continuous assurance. From managing risk to building Digital Trust.

With the support of Arsenal Equity Group, DigitalXForce intends to accelerate that transformation globally.

About DigitalXForce — We Stop Risk Before It Strikes.

DigitalXForce, Industry's first AI-Powered Enterprise TRiSCM (Trust, Risk, Security and Compliance Management) Platform, is pioneering the next generation of Automated GRC with Continuous Trust Assurance by converging AI, cybersecurity, compliance, operational resilience, and posture management into one unified Risk Intelligence platform. Designed with a modular and composable architecture, DigitalXForce delivers an integrated suite of capabilities spanning automated GRC, Enterprise Security Risk Posture Management (ESRPM), Third-Party Risk Management, Cyber Resilience, and Regulatory Compliance.

At the core of DigitalXForce is its AI-powered engine, which leverages intelligent agents, machine learning models, and a dynamic control library to autonomously monitor controls, map evidence, assess risks, and generate real-time insights. Trusted by global enterprises across healthcare, finance, critical infrastructure, and technology sectors, DigitalXForce delivers measurable value by reducing manual effort, accelerating audit readiness, and improving organizational resilience in today's fast-evolving threat and compliance landscape.

DTEN Introduces the Action Card, Bringing Zoom My Notes to In-Person Conversations

Credit-card-sized device extends My Notes beyond the screen with a single press, no phone or laptop required. Preorders open now, shipping November 1.

SAN JOSE, Calif., Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- DTEN, a leading provider of intuitive collaboration solutions, today introduced the DTEN Action Card, a credit-card-sized device that brings Zoom My Notes to in-person conversations. Announced with Zoom at Zoomtopia 2026, the Action Card expands a hardware partnership of nearly a decade. It is available for preorder now and ships November 1.

A lot of work happens off the meeting link: a decision in a hallway, a client lunch, a customer call. The meeting ends, but the commitments made in those conversations don't, and until now they sat outside the notes people keep from their meetings.

The Action Card closes that gap. With a single press, and no other device, an in-person conversation goes directly to My Notes. AI can only help with what it knows, and the Action Card gives Zoom AI Companion more of the story. In My Notes, AI Companion turns each conversation into summaries, key takeaways and action items, alongside notes from Zoom meetings.

The Action Card is made for one person and ready for a whole team. Every card is managed in DTEN Orbit alongside the company's DTEN meeting and workspace devices, so IT sees and manages the cards and the rooms in one place.

"DTEN has spent years making the room work for the people in it," said Wei Liu, CEO of DTEN. "But work doesn't stay in the room, and many of the conversations that move it forward happen in a hallway or across a desk. The Action Card brings Thoughtful Design to those moments: one press, nothing in the way. It also reflects how closely DTEN and Zoom work together."

"Some of the most valuable conversations at work can happen away from the screen, and we want My Notes there too," said Jeff Smith, head of Product, Workplace AI, Meetings, and Spaces at Zoom. "DTEN has been building hardware in collaboration with Zoom for nearly a decade, and the Action Card brings My Notes into those moments with a single press — no phone or laptop required."

Pricing and Availability

The DTEN Action Card is available for preorder now at $189 and ships November 1, 2026. Learn more and preorder at www.DTEN.com/products/action-card.

Lovense Publishes the Distance Index 2026, a Startling Annual Report on Long-Distance Intimacy

5 Million+ Connections in a Single Year Reveal Some Surprising Facts About Couples Who Live Apart

SINGAPORE, Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Lovense today published the Lovense Distance Index 2026. Partners on the Lovense Remote app, the hub of the Lovense ecosystem, logged 5.036 million remote sessions between October 2025 and September 2026, averaging 20.4 minutes each. Added together, they come to roughly 196 years of connection, which is longer than the telephone has existed.

In 2013, Crystal Jiang and Jeffrey Hancock published a study in the Journal of Communication. The long-distance couples they surveyed felt more intimate than couples living close by. "The long-distance couples try harder than geographically close couples in communicating affection and intimacy," Jiang said. That study drew its conclusions from how couples felt. Now, with five million anonymized app records, the Distance Index goes further and looks at how technology lets partners experience physical intimacy across distance.

Key findings

Most long-distance couples choose to meet at 10 p.m. The day is over. The phone is on the pillow. Across the week, that is the hour they chose: activity peaked between 10 and 11 p.m. local time, by session end on the reporting side. "Before I fall asleep, it's always you I think of."

One connection a day is often not enough for couples apart. On 37.8% of the days a partner connected, they came back for a second session.

Connections peaked on Valentine's Day, yet the sessions were among the shortest?! Long-distance couples logged about 22,000 sessions on February 14, 49% more than on comparable weekdays. Then the surprise: the median session lasted only 6.6 minutes, below an ordinary day. But the next night, February 15, the median session stretched past 11.7 minutes! Valentine's Day, it seems, was only the foreplay. The day after was the main course.

In one country, couples apart find it hard to say goodnight once they start. Within a single country, couples in Japan stayed on longest. One session in ten ran past 62 minutes. As the report puts it, "some people, once they connect, can't bring themselves to say goodnight."

More than half of the busiest routes cross a border. Eleven of the top 20 routes link two countries. On the Australia–United States route alone, couples split between the two countries logged 11,800 sessions. At 10 p.m. in Sydney, it is not yet dawn in Los Angeles. The report asks how many "When are you coming home?" messages sit behind that one route.

Long-distance longing crosses time as well as distance

The report sets its total against a timeline that runs from the steam age in 1830 through the first phone call in 1876 to the internet in 1995. Over those years, people learned to send words and then voices across any distance.

But if they wanted to touch each other, couples apart were still out of reach.

Engineers in intimacy technology have worked on that problem since 1975, when the computing pioneer Ted Nelson coined the term "teledildonics." In 2015, the sex-tech developer Kyle Machulis described the process to VICE. "You have to turn on your computer, hook up the toy, hope the toy has drivers on there, hope the drivers will talk to the toy in the correct way…" Few couples would go through that on a weeknight.

Dan Liu, an engineer, founded Lovense in Singapore in 2010 to take those steps away, with long-distance couples in mind first. The company still works under the same three words: "Closing the Distance." Its first app-controlled toys went on sale in 2013. They were the first piece of what is now the Lovense ecosystem.

A session today needs two phones. When one partner taps the screen, the command crosses the internet to the other partner's phone and then reaches the toy over Bluetooth. Couples can do this during a video call in the same app. The person wearing the toy decides how long it runs and can stop it at any moment.

Couples can also sync the same devices to music, video, live streams, and games built with the company's Unity and Unreal plugins. Outside developers build their own apps on its public APIs. That is the Lovense ecosystem today, and every part of it runs on the same connection a couple uses at 10 p.m.

"When we started in 2010, long distance meant you could see and hear each other, and that was all," said Dan Liu, founder and CEO of Lovense. "This report shows what couples do once touch is possible. Twenty minutes before bed, often twice in a day, on an ordinary weeknight. Our job is to keep taking steps out of their way. And to make sure what happens between two people stays between them. Everything else in the Lovense ecosystem is built on that one connection."

A market with no official count

No government counts long-distance couples, so the report's five million sessions have no official total to sit beside. The United Nations counted 304 million international migrants in 2024, nearly twice the 1990 figure. In the United States, 12.5% of couples who married in 2023 were living apart from their spouse, according to researchers at Bowling Green State University.

Jobs, degrees and visas now put a border, or an ocean, between a great many partners. The couples in this report found a way across it in the Lovense ecosystem. Tonight, between 10 and 11, many of them will connect again.

About the data

The Lovense Distance Index 2026 analyzes 5.036 million valid remote sessions on Lovense Remote from October 2025 to September 2026. Times use the local time of the session-end event on the reporting side. All data was aggregated and anonymized. The report does not identify individual users.
